This manufacturer required that large film rolls be lifted up from a pallet, turned from a vertical to a horizontal position, and put on their laminator machine. Once the film was taken off the roll, it then took the empty roll and moved it to a vertical position on the ground.

The iCON 150 was fit with a custom end tool to easily rotate the rolls in different positions ergonomically. This eliminated the operators having to lift heavy rolls and possibly dropping them causing injury to themselves or others.

Paper Products – WI

A paper products company needed a way to access critical motors and gearboxes on conveying equipment in an automated warehouse. This custom icon 500 was the answer. Mounted to a specially designed pallet the icon moves along the motorized conveyor lines through confined spaces and gives maintenance staff a safe method to access, retrieve and re-install critical  motors, gearboxes and other equipment that keeps their warehouse humming.

Commercial Vehicle Manufacturer – MN

This vehicle manufacturer needed an ergonomic solution to mounting tire and wheel assemblies onto buses and commercial trucks.

The iCON 150 was fit with a custom end tool that easily mounts tire and wheel assemblies onto buses and commercial trucks without having to bend, lift and turn the items manually.

The end tool is designed to hold the wheel in a vertical position and rotate in order to mount the wheel on the hub of the vehicle.
